Suffolk Terrance was completed in 2014, with Phase 1 of Norfolk Terrance in 2015 and Phase 2 in 2016, some 4000m2 of waterproofing completed without dirsuption to the site operation.
The iconic Zigguratts designed by Denys Ladsun and built in the 1960’s are listed and represented a logistical challenge to both scaffold and work to the summer holiday period for refurbishment.
