We operate in both refurbishment and new build markets, with over 50 employed roofing specialists, our turnover is approaching £10m we have the resources to deal with any size roofing project, from repairs to full refurbishment.

Whilst small enough to remain flexible and adaptable, we have the capacity to act as Principal Contractor managing and co-ordinating other trades within our supply chain to meet the clients needs, to exacting safety and quality standards.
We have extensive experience in undertaking all roofing works working alongside all stakeholders in a collaborative manner to ensure a successful delivery of each project. We pro-actively identify, assess, plan and manage all risks and provide clear communication paths with as many of the wider stakeholder community as possible to foster good relationships.
Accreditation and Affiliations
We are striving for high standards in safety at all times and part of this process requires external audit through our participation in Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP)

We have a fully experienced, directly employed workforce trained to high standards and proficient in carrying out works on the most challenging of sites sympathetic to the needs of maintaining the operation of the building on which they are working.
We offer a diverse spectrum of services with project values typically ranging from £1k to £2m.
Our works can encompass other specialist works such as scaffolding, glazing, roof lights, insulation, drainage, rainwater goods, M&E and anything associated with the roof.

Health and Safety
Is at the heart of what we do, driven by the Directors, the Health and Safety team, managers and operatives including our supply chain, we all operate within strict and exacting Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality controls, policies and procedures where constant monitoring, recording, testing, training, review and adaptation allows us to work in testing environments to the highest of standards.
Sustainability
Cambridge Flat Roofing is committed to reducing our impact on the environment by utilising the latest roofing designs and materials and with consideration to:
- Avoiding pollution and damage to the environment
- Reducing our CO2 emissions
- Reducing our consumption of limited resources, energy and water.
- Reducing our impact on neighbours and Local Communities affected by our work
- Reducing waste sent to landfill and increasing supplied from sustainable sources.
Training
All CFR technicians are accredited and trained to install the roofing systems we apply and receive regular training and monitoring.
Quality
A Quality Plan is developed in collaboration with the client and materials manufacturer.
The project team is tasked with delivering this plan and we ensure compliance with a check and hold system. We aim to deliver the roof with zero defects
All operatives are CSCS registered, CRB cleared, carry photographic identity cards, wear Cambridge Flat Roofing uniforms and drive sign written vehicles
